Swedish Massage
A dynamic massage technique, Swedish massage helps firm muscles and joints while eliminating tension. It provides significant muscle relaxation and increases range of motion. This technique is available in several techniques: kneading, percussion, effleurage, friction, and vibration. Performed in a specific order, these movements provide a feeling of comfort and well-being.
